"Let's Get Going"
2 forty-five minute sessions to set up goals and action plans, an optional in-home visit to help organize/set-up exercise areas, food prep learning, and setting up home environment for success! This will be where we create your healthy lifestyle plan!
All initial paperwork (liability waiver, intake form, goals)
"Keep it Up!"
45 minutes in-person/phone/video chats + up to 2 text or e-mail questions within 7 days of meeting
"I need a quick boost!"
30 minute phone or video call + up to 1 text or e-mail support question within 7 days of call
"Exercise with Me" (*Local clients ONLY)
I will be an exercise/fitness partner and supervisor for your exercise session. This can be anything from a walking partner to working through your workout routine with you, and helping to ensure that you are properly performing exercises.
